Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery:

  • I always aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of your order.

  • Please note that orders are only processed Monday to Friday 9-5pm.

  • UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class service which has a 1-3 day delivery estimate.

  • If you need your order in a rush, please let us know – I will always try our best get an order out quickly!

  • Delivery is £2.00, unless your order is 5 cards plus, and then it is dictated by weight.​

International Delivery:

Once your order has been dispatched and you receive your dispatch confirmation please allow the following time for your order to arrive:

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail standard international shipping. This service has a delivery estimate of 5-7 working days. If you require your order to be tracked, please contact me first. 

 

Delivery is calculated by weight at check out.

Once your order has been dispatched, you receive your dispatch confirmation via email and please allow the above timescales for your order to arrive.

Returns:

In the unlikely case you are unhappy with your purchase or change your mind, you are entitled

to a refund, provided:

  • You return the item/s within 30 days of your purchase.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In order to request a refund, please email hello@theillustratedwisp.co.uk for return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the goods are faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to

your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact me at hello@theillustratedwisp.co.uk

Exceptions/non-returnable items:

 

Custom products such as special orders or personalised items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless faulty. 

Exchanges (if applicable):

I will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@theillustratedwisp.co.uk with details of the request.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
