With all orders we aim to have them printed, packed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment.
However as we live out in the Derbyshire countryside, high up on top of a hill, there may be times due to the weather conditions where dispatch times may be slightly longer, (such as when it snows and we physically can’t make it down the track, but we will always do our best).
All UK orders are posted out by Royal Mail First Class post.
All International orders will be posted by Royal Mail International standard delivery, which states on 5-7 working days for delivery on the
Royal Mail website.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
Here at Wisp HQ, we always want you be happy with your purchase (actually, delighted/thrilled/over the moon). So if for any reason this is not the case don’t hesitate to get in touch at:
Every printed card is lovingly creased and cut by hand here at wisp HQ, and due to the nature of the cards being finished by hand it does mean that the cards may not always be an exact A6 measurement but are made to be approximately this size and will always fit their little matching A6 envelope.
Every item is hand packed and has been carefully quality checked. If, despite our best efforts, we have overlooked a defect of any kind, please let us know. You can attach a photograph of the defect along with details of when you purchased it, along with your order number and we’ll be happy to sort this out for you straight away.
We can offer you a replacement, a credit note for our shop or a full refund on the item. We may ask you to return the faulty/defective item to us before we can fulfill a refund, postage costs are not refundable. We deal with returns on a case by case basis, returns are not accepted unless there is good reason or a problem with the purchase which we can rectify for you.
Payments at check out can be made through Paypal or direct card payments can be made through Stripe.
Orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been received.
Once you have placed your order and your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us to let you know your order number and details.
